About Poole Short Breaks

Poole Short Breaks recently celebrated 10 years of offering short breaks to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Despite Government cuts we have continued to develop our Short Breaks holiday programme and to commision short breaks delivered by other providers. We know this support is valued by families and gives children and young people the opportunity to enjoy different experiences, make friends and develop their skills.
