In line with the latest Government covid-19 update.  It will be necessary for our customers (unless exempt, an exemption applies to any children under the age of 11.)  to wear a face covering in the play centre unless they are seated with food or drink. The full list may be found on this link .

Our staff have for the past many months continued to wear facecoverings to help keep our venue as safe as possible.  We have maintained restricted nmbers and additional hygiene measures to ensure that we can offer a covid-9 secure environment as far as is possible.

Please help us keep you safe by doing your bit by wearing a facecovering and complying with any requests to observe this reintroduced obligation to help stop the spread of the latest variant.

Please do not visit us if anyone in your family is unwell, with notice we are happy to postpone your visit to another time. Requests to change should be via email - our phone lines can get busy and we have a dedicated admin support team available on email. REQUESTS TO DEFER VISITS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR AT LEAST 60 MINUTES TO THE START OF ANY SESSION.
